Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods;
on which you received the last item, where several goods within one order are delivered separately;
on which you received the last partial shipment or the last piece, where a delivery consists of several partial shipments.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the standard delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until

we have received the goods back, or
you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,

whichever is the earlier.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The return address will be provided to you after you have registered your return and it has been approved by our customer service. Please do not send any returns to our company address without prior approval.

Return Shipping Costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, we cover the costs of the return.

The actual return shipping costs depend on the shipping provider, the shipping location, the weight, and the dimensions of the shipment.

Loss of Value

You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their quality, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs;
for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where their seal has been removed after delivery;
for the supply of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
