The mechanism

Why the insole alone is only half the battle

Plantar fasciitis is a 24-hour problem, it's usually only treated for 8. Your pressure-relief insole takes the pressure off while you stand and walk. But as soon as you sit, lie down or sleep, it no longer works.

And of all times, it's at night that the decisive thing happens: your fascia is relaxed and shortens in this resting position. With the first step in the morning, the shortened tissue is stretched abruptly, the familiar, stabbing pain.

The night splint holds your foot in a slight stretch overnight, so the fascia regenerates at the right length. No shortening, no tearing, no stabbing start to the day. Unlike bulky boot-style splints, it's comfortable to wear, gentle stretch plus light compression, the kind you actually fall asleep with.

The compression socks take over the second shift during the day: they boost circulation exactly in the area your insole relieves mechanically, for faster regeneration and less heavy, tired feet in the evening.

Together with your insole you get the first seamless system: day relieved, night regenerated, circulation throughout. That's why this set, and that's why it's a one-time bundle price, only here.

For you as an insole buyer 29 €

Individually you'd pay 19.90 € for the socks and 29 € for the night splint, almost 49 €. As an add-on to your insole you get both together for 29 €. This isn't an offer that's in the shop, it's exclusive to you as an insole buyer, because the system only makes full sense together.

Dr. Gilbert, MD, specialist in orthopaedics

"Many of my patients relied on soft insoles for years, and still come back with the same complaints. Only when the pressure is distributed in a targeted way, instead of merely cushioned, does it change how the foot gets through the day. So: brilliant development from stepz®."

What insole buyers still want to know before the set

Your insole does the most important part: it distributes the pressure while you stand and walk. But it only works as long as you're in your shoes, so around 8 of 24 hours. The stabbing first step in the morning comes from the hours in between, when the fascia shortens during sleep. This set closes exactly that gap. If the morning pain doesn't affect you, honestly, you don't need it.

Because you're already a customer. We don't have to win you over with an ad, we pass that saving straight on to you. That's why this offer isn't in the shop either, only on this page. It only makes sense for us when you already have the insole: only then does the system work fully.

Yes, that's exactly what they're for. The sock is ankle-high, open at the toes and heel and barely adds any bulk, it fits under your normal sock and into any shoe your insole already sits in. Both work in parallel: the insole mechanically from below, the sock via circulation.

That's the most common worry, and exactly why we don't carry a rigid boot-style splint. Our night splint is a soft, contouring compression splint: an adjustable strap holds the foot in a slight stretch instead of immobilising it. You can turn over normally and the duvet doesn't bother you. Most people need two or three nights until they no longer notice it.

In the first few weeks, yes. The fascia doesn't regenerate in one night, but through regular stretching, wear it consistently for the first four weeks. After that, many find it enough to put it on after long days on hard floors. If you miss a night, nothing is lost.

Your usual EU shoe size, the same one you take when buying shoes. This one choice applies to both parts of the set. If you're exactly between two sizes, take the larger one: both parts are elastically knitted, and if chosen too tight the compression works against the circulation it's meant to promote.

With the compression socks it's quick, many report as early as the first evening that their feet feel less heavy. With the night splint you need more patience: most customers report a less stabbing first step after the first week. We promise you nothing overnight here. We tell you what customers report back to us.

Shipped within 12–24 hours with DHL, delivery time 5–8 business days, tracking included. If your insole order hasn't gone out yet, we'll add the set directly to it where possible.

After that you have 30 days to wear the set in everyday life and at night. If it doesn't convince you, write to us at support@wearstepz.com, we take care of the refund. No discussion.
